CLAIM, RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT INFORMATION
Where a customer reports:
-
transit damage;
-
missing contents;
-
a wrong product;
-
an initial manufacturing defect;
-
a return request;
-
a refund request;
-
a replacement request; or
-
another order-related problem,
AgoraHypomart may request information reasonably required to assess the claim.
This may include:
-
order number;
-
delivery date;
-
shipping-label photograph;
-
packaging photographs;
-
product photographs;
-
serial/model information;
-
description of the issue;
-
videos showing the condition or operation of the product;
-
unboxing video;
-
first-test video;
-
courier information;
-
communication history; and
-
other credible evidence relevant to the claim.
Such information is processed primarily for claim validation, fraud prevention, technical diagnosis, customer support, and dispute resolution.
10. UNBOXING VIDEO AND CLAIM EVIDENCE
AgoraHypomart strongly recommends that customers record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video when receiving a website order.
Where provided, the video may show:
-
the sealed parcel;
-
readable shipping label;
-
all sides of the package;
-
the complete opening process;
-
the contents of the parcel; and
-
initial inspection or testing where relevant.
Such videos, photographs, and related evidence may be used to help determine whether:
-
transit damage occurred;
-
an item was missing;
-
an incorrect product was delivered; or
-
an apparent initial manufacturing defect exists.
The unboxing video is an important form of evidence and can substantially assist with faster validation.
However, AgoraHypomart will seek to assess genuine claims fairly using the credible evidence reasonably available and applicable law.
The absence of one particular form of preferred evidence will not automatically override any consumer right that cannot legally be restricted.
